Wrongful Death, Negligence


A Personal Injury resulting in death caused by negligence by another.

A civil lawsuit may be filed by families on behalf of the deceased to recover damages for pain and suffering, lost earning capacity, mental anguish, loss of companionship, medical costs and other expenses when a wrongful death results from negligence, recklessness, inaction, or malpractice of another party.
